Buying


How do I buy tickets?

All tickets available on the RazorGator Ticket Exchange website are posted by Season Ticket Holders. To purchase tickets:

Browse all available tickets for the game/event you'd like to attend.

Select the "BUY" button to see all available tickets for that particular game/event.

You may sort your listing by "Price" or "Section".

Select the tickets you would like to purchase by selecting the quantity of seats you are purchasing and then click on the "BUY" button and precede through checkout.

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive a connection confirmation number, along with a connection request email. When the season seat holder has confirmed the sale of tickets to you, you will receive your connection confirmation, which will be covered by our 100% guarantee.

If you don't see the tickets you want, check back often for new postings.

How to get a refund for cancelled and not rescheduled event?

If an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, the seller must send their tickets back to RazorGator using the address below. Please include your invoice when returning tickets. RazorGator will issue a refund by mail the next business day following the arrival of the canceled tickets.

Creating a Registered Seller Account


How do I sell my tickets?

To sell tickets on www.RazorGator.com, begin by clicking on "Sell Tickets" in the left-hand column of the website or where ever you see the "Sell" button. If you are a first time seller, you will need to become a Registered Seller by setting up an account. This only takes a few minutes.

How do I create a Registered Sellers account?

Click the Create Account tab to begin. You will be asked to provide, Login and Contact information, Personal Information, a. If you have purchased tickets on RazorGator.com in the past, just enter the PayPal Payment email address, and Credit Card information and you're all set. If you have any questions, please call one of our service representatives at 310-481-3400 and they will be happy to assist you.

How do I create a PayPal account?

You do not need a PayPal account created before you sell tickets. By providing your payment email in the Registered Seller account creation, you are providing an email that PayPal will use to contact you to set up an account

Adding/Listing Tickets


How do I add my tickets to the Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange?

Begin by selecting your event and performance using the drop down menus. Enter the correct Quantity, Section, Row and Seats for the tickets you want to sell into the Add Boxes. Enter the price or amount that you wish to get for the sale of your tickets. There is a notes section for you to include any personal information regarding the tickets for sale, these notes are personal and will not be posted on the sites. Once you have entered the tickets and checked for accuracy, click the "Add to Pending to Listings" tab to clear the Add boxes, your tickets will appear below. Repeat if necessary for other tickets you wish to add.

Once you had added all tickets to the Pending Listings: Choose the Activate Listings tab to save, upon successful save you will be taken to the current listings section where your tickets should now appear.

How do I price my tickets?

Our registered sellers determine the price of a ticket and it is based on market demand. For example, tickets to a Red Sox/Yankees game will be in high demand and short supply. As a result the tickets will sell at the "market demand price," which in this case is an amount more than the price printed on the ticket. For information regarding market price, visit www.RazorGator.com to see what others have listed similar tickets for.

How do I edit/remove my tickets?

Choose the Current Listings tab to see all listed tickets.

To Edit: Choose the tickets you wish to edit and click on "Edit". Use the Add Boxes that appear to add the correct ticket information. Click Save to Add the New Ticket information to the Current Listing

To Delete: Choose the tickets you wish to edit and click on "Delete". Click Save to confirm deletion of the tickets you wish remove. Remember to delete all tickets once they have sold, or they are no longer available for sale.

How does RazorGator validate the tickets I am selling?

By signing the Terms and Conditions to become a Registered Seller, you agree to provide accurate ticket information for tickets that you have in your possession (or have a contract to receive from a team or venue ie. Season Tickets). These terms and conditions validate your tickets, if you fail to provide tickets that have been sold on a RazorGator site, you will be charged the cost to replace these tickets + 15%.

How do I find my tickets once they have been added?

RazorGator applies a 14-25% mark-up to the seller's price. The mark-up covers business expenses associated with managing the transaction process. These business expenses include tracking shipments, processing payments to clients and sellers, and delivering world-class client service. You can find your activated tickets by locating the Section, Row and Seats within a price range between your desired price + 14-25%.

Processing Sales


How do I know when my tickets have been sold?

When your tickets are sold on a RazorGator site, you will be notified immediately by email of the sale and asked to log in to process this sale. It is important when creating your Registered Seller account to include a valid email address that you check frequently so that you can confirm and process sold tickets as quickly as possible. As you appreciate receiving the sales compensation, Buyers appreciate receiving their tickets quickly

How do I process an order when my tickets sell?

To process your order click on the Process order click through on the Current Listings tab, use the Process Order tab, or use the link on the email you receive that notifies you of the sale. Once you are in the process order section:

  1. Click the sale order # you want to process and the order details will appear below
  2. Click the"Process This Order" button (bottom right) to continue
  3. Enter the starting seat number, change the ticket status to confirmed, and enter the date you will ship the tickets
  4. Print out your FedEx shipping label (and purchase order for your record) by clicking on the appropriate button
  5. Contact FedEx at 1.800.GOFedEx to schedule your pick-up or visit your nearest FedEx location.
  6. It's that simple!

How do I ship my tickets when they sell?

How do I get paid when my tickets sell?

After successfully selling and shipping tickets, you will receive payment 5 to 7 business days after we have confirmation that your package has been delivered via FedEx tracking software or the game has been played.

If you have a PayPal account, and have included this email when you created your Registered Seller account, your can login to receive your funds.

If you do not have a PayPal account, once your funds are available in PayPal, you will receive notification via email from PayPal. This notification will include instructions and a link to retrieve your funds.
